Mission & Vision

Creating a world where brands and audiences co-create culturally resonant experiences with lasting impact.

Born in Buffalo, NY, I grew up surrounded by snow, grit, and the world's best chicken wings (yes, I can tell you where to find them).

But a passion for creativity and storytelling pulled me west to sunny Los Angeles, where I earned a BFA in Cinema-Television from USC.

After graduation, I transitioned to gaming and entertainment, spending nearly a decade at Rockstar Games, where I contributed to the launch of culturally transformative titles like the Grand Theft Auto franchise, The Warriors, and Midnight Club II.

I led global campaigns, grew the Rockstar Social Club into a vibrant community with over 100 million users, and crafted marketing strategies that became industry benchmarks.

At Ignition, I built and led the team that launched BoJack Horseman, Netflix’s first animated series, setting the standard for how original streaming content could resonate online. I also spearheaded campaigns for House of Cards: S2 and other streaming hits, launching and managing social media accounts for platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

Later, at Team Rubicon, I used my storytelling expertise to inspire action, crafting campaigns that increased donations and expanded outreach for disaster relief efforts. This work prepared me for my role at Eyestorm Creative, where I led global campaigns for Supercell’s Clash of Clans, delivering over 186 million views and millions of player interactions.

While still a student, I launched my career working at X-Large and Grand Royal Magazine, two ventures launched by the Beastie Boys and deeply tied to the cultural zeitgeist of the 1990s.

At X-Large, I helped shape what The Hundreds called "a pioneering West Coast streetwear brand." I designed graphics, managed production, and launched one of the first e-commerce streetwear sites, x-large.com, which significantly expanded the brand's reach and is still active today.

Meanwhile, at Grand Royal Magazine, I contributed to what The Atlantic described as "a glossy response to the 'zine culture that came to define part of Generation X," working on iconic issues that explored music, culture, and everything in between with humor and irreverence.

From shaping streetwear culture to crafting campaigns for AAA games and streaming platforms, my career has been a mix of bold ideas, collaboration, and curiosity. Outside of work, I’m an avid photographer, family adventurer, and lover of folklore, repertory cinema, and antiquarian books. Creativity, to me, is about finding unexpected connections—and bringing those ideas to life.

I was born in Buffalo, NY.

Yes, I know where to get the best chicken wings.

Leaving the snow behind, I graduated with a BFA in Cinema-Television from USC and an MFA in Writing at CalArts as a member of the first graduating class of the department.

I’ve written for the LA Weekly, X-Tra, Movieline, Grand Royal, Sound Collector Audio Review, Coagula, Mean Magazine, and Vibe.

My favorite thing to do is go on adventures with my family and take photographs.

A few random facts…

During college, I held several challenging summer jobs:

  • Road crew worker at a sewer authority cleaning and maintaining pipelines

  • Groundskeeper and maintenance worker mowing lawns and cleaning bathrooms at a public park

  • Toll collector on the US/Canadian border often on the graveyard shift

  • Clerk at a neighborhood liquor store responsible for stocking, sales, and dispensing lottery tickets

Each position reinforced the importance of diligence, perseverance, and the ability to interact effectively with different types of people.

I've lived in multiple cities during significant disasters. While at the University of Southern California (USC), I witnessed the Los Angeles riots, Malibu fires, historic mudslides, and the 1994 Northridge earthquake.

On September 11, 2001, while commuting to New York City from Brooklyn on the N train into Manhattan, our train halted abruptly, and the train was evacuated.

Soon after I emerged from below along with the mass of other riders and onto the street, I witnessed in horror both Twin Towers fall—a life-changing moment of tragedy and sadness I never wish to relive.

These events have taught me important lessons in crisis management and personal resilience, emphasizing the need for quick adaptation and strength.

Hobbies and interests include: Photography, Cycling, Swimming, Hiking, Cooking, Repertory Cinema, Video Game History, Reading, Conceptual Art, Mythology and Folklore, Haunted Houses, Antiquarian Books, Globetrotting
