As Director of Integrated Marketing, I led a cross-functional team of internal and external marketing specialists to develop a cohesive creative and media strategy in cooperation with the Patient Advocate Foundation and Bristol Myers Squibb in response to the pervasive need for food assistance among immunocompromised individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The campaign spanned digital, social, paid media, print, outdoor advertising, and in-kind media donations. Working closely with media partners and vendors, we crafted a strategic media mix that maximized outreach and engagement, significantly boosting volunteer recruitment efforts.
This multifaceted approach reached audiences in all 50 states and territories and successfully mobilized community support, enhancing our ability to drive volunteer recruitment and support those in need.

The campaign demonstrated significant performance improvements across several key metrics. Total site visitors and new site visitors both experienced robust increases of over 60% during the campaign period. The Recruitment Landing Page views saw substantial triple-digit growth, attributable to enhanced targeting and platform strategies. Overall, leads from clicks to the volunteer sign-up form increased by over 60%, reflecting the effectiveness of our integrated media campaign in mobilizing community support and driving volunteer engagement to assist immunocompromised individuals during the pandemic.
